As good as Ad-Aware and Spybot are, they can't always get rid of every single bit of spyware and malware in your system. If you find yourself stuck with stubborn malware other programs can't touch, Bazooka's more hands-on approach might do the trick. Unlike Ad-Aware and Spybot, Bazooka only scans for spyware and doesn't delete it. This isn't as useless as it sounds though - its spyware scans are performed in seconds, and if any spyware or adware is found Bazooka Scanner will display them in its window. It then offers a link for more information along with details on how to remove the unwanted files.
Needless to say, the way in which the program works won't suit all users, and if another spyware removal tool can get rid of malware for you, you're much better off taking the automatic route. If you have no other option, or you like to know precisely what you're infected with and how to eradicate it, then Bazooka's approach may prove refreshing and most welcome.
