thunderloader says: AMAZING!!! Perhaps the most effective firewall I've used. (I try out lots of software so I can write reviews like this one). It's very interactive and I don't recommend ZoneAlarm for new users. Those with a little experience (or more) will find it to be very powerful and effective! The free version is excellent but I do recommend upgrading to the Pro version as it is even more effective! (26/01/2009)

Earlier this year,However,Some one found it relitavely easy to Hack thier way through ZA & Disable the others,Reeking Havoc in Thier Wake ! ! ! I have now had to resort,after a Long & Painful,not to mention Expensive,Recovery,to the free 100 days with Kaspersky,Which have,up to now been O.K. I would,therefore,advise everyone still using ZA to be EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS,DO NOT LEAVE YOUR COMPUTER UNATTENDED,AS I DID & Lock it up at the slightest sign of trouble,or better still,do as I have had to do. The truth is,as it has always been,YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR ! ! ! (20/12/2008)
MickR says: excellent program. has kept me free from attacks. also, marry this up with other free protection programs like: ad-aware and AVG antivirus for example, and youve got more than adequate security for free! who needs to buy those expensive tools, when all they have is just a few extra bells and whistles? :) (11/10/2006)

hotspurs says: Great Program but be careful what you block, because in the unlikely event of blocking a file that is required to make a program run (that has been mistaken for an infected file) may stop it from working. But on the whole a Good program that viruses, spyware and adware will have a hard time getting past. (27/08/2006)
