PC Utilities review:

Who's Watching Me is the paranoid title of this compact security scanner from suitably-named developer, Trapware. The program can perform three different types of scans on your system for spyware and keyloggers. What the company collectively refers to as snoopers.

Scans can be performed when your system starts, when it's currently running, or by a current scan of your hard drive. Who's Watching Me gives a list of the snoopers it can identify but also encourages you to update its software in order to increase the program's detection abilities.

As is the case with most programs of this type, it can take a long time to perform scans, so it's good to see that the program can be scheduled to autorun using Windows Task Scheduler. The program didn't report any snoopers in our system, but that's not to say it doesn't work. The program proved simple to use, so we'd say it's worth a look.
