How does this work?

When you place an order containing one or more downloads, you'll receive an email from us containing a unique link to each download. Simply click on a link to get that product immediately. The link will remain active for 24 hours after you place your order.

Downloads are supplied in PDF file format, and are quite large, so a broadband connection is strongly recommended. You can view or print the files using Adobe Reader (it's a free download from Adobe).
